Nayan Sarnot appointed as Senior General Manager – Procurement & Operational Excellence at IAC International Automotive Components Pvt. Having previously served as General Manager – Procurement & Operational Excellence at IAC, Nayan has been instrumental in advancing strategic sourcing programs, supplier development initiatives, cost optimization efforts, and continuous improvement frameworks. His promotion reflects both his proven leadership and his ability to align procurement and operational strategies with business objectives in a highly dynamic and competitive automotive landscape.
As Senior General Manager, his responsibilities extend beyond functional leadership to enterprise-level transformation. Before joining IAC International Automotive India Pvt. Ltd., Nayan held senior leadership positions with Karkhana.io, where he led sourcing and supplier development initiatives, and spent over fourteen years with Faurecia, managing global commodity sourcing, acquisitions, strategic procurement, and business development activities for worldwide operations. Earlier in his career, he contributed to global sourcing programs at Behr India Ltd. and gained foundational manufacturing and costing experience with Force Motors. With deep expertise across procurement, supplier ecosystems, operational excellence, and global supply chains, Nayan is well-positioned to lead IAC’s next phase of growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
