Before joining RemotePass, she served as Associate Director – Global People Partner, People Operations & Mobility Leader at Cover Genius, where she streamlined HR workflows across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America. Her leadership in automating key HR processes, driving compliance, and adopting advanced tools such as Jira, BambooHR, and Deel significantly improved operational efficiency and employee satisfaction worldwide.

Prior to that, Neha held key leadership roles at Deel and CrowdStrike, where she successfully scaled global HR operations and introduced innovative people strategies for distributed teams. At Deel, she managed global HR experience teams, enhancing EOR services, compliance programs, and lifecycle automation. During her tenure at CrowdStrike, she played a pivotal role as Senior Manager – HRBP (APAC), leading compensation benchmarking, organizational restructuring, and leadership development programs. Her efforts helped the organization achieve “Great Place to Work” certifications across India, Australia, and Singapore, while reducing attrition rates by 20%.

Neha’s earlier career includes impactful stints at UBS, SGS, and Madison World, where she gained deep expertise in HR operations, compliance, and talent management. At UBS, she managed HR systems and operations across 14 APAC countries, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes while driving automation and efficiency.
