Subodh has been associated with Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. for over nine years, steadily progressing through several leadership positions including Product Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Crop Manager, Chief Manager – Marketing, and Deputy General Manager. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in product lifecycle management, strategic marketing, market development, portfolio expansion, and sales leadership, contributing significantly to the company’s growth across multiple crop segments.
Prior to joining Dhanuka Agritech, Subodh built a strong foundation at Monsanto Company, where he served as Territory Sales Manager and Management Sales Trainee in the Seminis Vegetable Seeds Division. During this period, he gained extensive experience in market intelligence, forecasting, resource planning, product promotion, competitive analysis, and hybrid vegetable seed sales across South Haryana. He began his professional journey with deVGen Seeds & Crops Technology Pvt. Ltd., where he worked on a live marketing project focused on hybrid rice trait gap assessment, gaining valuable insights into rural markets and farmers’ perspectives.
