With more than 20 years of experience across the IT, energy, and healthcare/life sciences industries including nearly 15 years of leadership at Revvity and PerkinElmer, Ms. Pansare has built extensive expertise in global HR leadership, business partnering, HR transformation, talent acquisition, talent management, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, organizational integration & people strategy. Her current responsibilities span the Global Growth Markets, covering Latin America, Asia (excluding China), India, Poland, the Middle East, and Eastern European countries, while her newly expanded Global COE leadership is focused on advancing people intelligence, governance, HR technology, analytics, AI-enabled workforce solutions, and operational excellence to create more agile, data-driven, and future-ready HR capabilities across the enterprise.
Before assuming her current role, Ms. Pansare built an exceptional track record of progressive HR leadership across Revvity and its predecessor, PerkinElmer. She served as Senior Director HR – Global Growth Markets & Global IT, and prior to that held a series of increasingly senior roles spanning Global Growth Markets, IT, India, Emerging Markets, and the Gulf region. Throughout this journey, Ms. Pansare has been a part of some of the organization’s most consequential transformations most notably, one of the industry’s landmark corporate separations that gave rise to Revvity as an independent entity. Her leadership has consistently shaped outcomes across business integration, HR modernization, talent strategy, and organizational scaling across complex, multi-market international environments.
Her elevation to Senior Director HR – Global Growth Markets Region & Global People Intelligence, Systems & Governance COE, along with her appointment to the Board of Directors for Revvity’s India entities, marks another significant milestone in a career dedicated to building innovative, scalable, and employee-centric people solutions while contributing to the organization’s continued global growth and strategic evolution.
