In this role, he will lead the company’s e-commerce supply chain operations, focusing on optimizing fulfillment processes, strengthening operational efficiency, and driving scalable supply chain solutions to support PW’s rapidly expanding business.
Prior to joining PW, Abhishek served as Ecommerce Project Manager at Pattern, where he managed over 10,000+ SKUs across multiple global brands and marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and TikTok Shop. He collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, streamline workflows, and implement AI-powered automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. His experience also includes contributing to onboarding, process optimization, and revenue growth through data-driven marketplace strategies.
Beyond his corporate experience, Abhishek has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial and leadership capabilities through ventures such as Fresh4Bytes, where he led business strategy, go-to-market execution, and startup growth initiatives. He also served as a Placement Coordinator at IIM Sambalpur, strengthening corporate partnerships and talent engagement. Earlier in his career, he built deep analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management expertise as a Design Engineer at Atkins, contributing to complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
