Manoj Sharma has been elevated to Assistant General Manager (HoD – Projects and CSR Infrastructure) at Aditya Aluminium, a unit of Hindalco Industries Limited, where he will lead the organization’s Projects and CSR Infrastructure function. In this expanded leadership role, he will oversee the planning and execution of large-scale CAPEX and CSR infrastructure initiatives, while driving engineering excellence, project delivery, quality, safety, cost optimization, and sustainable infrastructure development. With over 12 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, Manoj has built strong expertise in project planning, construction management, structural engineering, contract management, quantity surveying, cost control, and the successful execution of complex industrial infrastructure projects across the power, manufacturing, steel, refinery, and heavy industries.
Prior to his elevation, Mr Sharma served as Senior Manager at Hindalco Industries Limited, where he played a key role in delivering strategic infrastructure and capital projects. Earlier, he was Team Lead – Senior Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, contributing to major industrial project execution and construction management. Before that, he worked as Civil Engineer at Toyo Engineering Corporation, Engineer at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Works Engineer at IRCON International Limited, and Senior Engineer at Steel Strips Wheels Limited, steadily building extensive experience across EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, railway, and industrial construction projects.
Throughout his career, Mr Sharma has successfully led end-to-end execution of piling works, structural projects, bridges, chimneys, railway infrastructure, earthworks, high-rise buildings, and other large-scale industrial developments while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency. His expertise spans project planning, site and construction management, QA/QC implementation, contract administration, billing, material approvals, and cross-functional leadership. Further strengthening his technical and managerial capabilities, he earned the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) in 2025 and also holds an M.Tech in Structural Engineering, reinforcing his ability to manage complex engineering projects through globally recognised project management practices.
