In his new role, he will oversee technical operations across the North region, drive enhancements in appraisal and valuation frameworks, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and contribute to robust technical underwriting and risk management practices.
With more than nine years of experience in the housing finance and banking sectors, Tushaar has built strong proficiency in property valuation, technical underwriting, project approvals, real estate risk assessment, and mortgage valuation. Widely recognized for his deep technical due diligence expertise, he has played a critical role in identifying structural, legal, and valuation-related risks at an early stage, helping strengthen portfolio quality and mitigate potential NPAs through prudent risk evaluation and informed lending decisions.
Since joining Arka Fincap in 2024, Tushaar has demonstrated exceptional growth, progressing from Technical Manager to Area Technical Manager and now Regional Technical Manager (North). His advancement reflects his consistent commitment to technical excellence, portfolio quality, operational efficiency, and effective risk governance. Throughout his tenure, he has contributed significantly to strengthening appraisal processes, managing complex project evaluations, and supporting the organization’s growth across key markets.
Before joining Arka Fincap, Tushaar held significant positions with PNB Housing Finance, Axis Bank, and Shubham Housing Development Finance Company, where he gained extensive experience across technical evaluation, lending operations, project approvals, vendor management, and real estate finance. These roles enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of property risk assessment, technical compliance, and credit support functions across diverse geographies and asset classes.
