Naveen Kumar has been appointed Assistant Director – NISFS at NEMI, taking on a new leadership mandate focused on business growth, strategic partnerships, institutional business, revenue expansion, and building strong ecosystems across India. With 12+ years of experience spanning EdTech operations, sales leadership, business development, and revenue generation, Naveen brings a strong track record of building teams, strengthening partnerships, and driving scalable business growth.
In his new role at NEMI, Naveen will focus on developing institutional partnerships, expanding business opportunities, driving student acquisition, and strengthening regional and national growth initiatives. His mandate also includes promoting industry-aligned postgraduate programs across emerging domains such as AI & Data Science, FinTech, Cyber Security, Healthcare, Business Analytics, and Management, while contributing to NEMI’s vision of connecting education, skills, and employability to create meaningful career pathways.
Prior to joining NEMI, Naveen served as B2B Sales Head – West & South at Crack-ED and Head – EdTech Operations and Sales at Futwork, where he led sales, operations, training, quality, and support functions while working toward revenue expansion and operational efficiency. His earlier career includes leadership experience at Testbook, TOCAB Institute – India, and Ascot Asia, where he developed expertise in sales strategy, business development, client acquisition, team building, and institutional growth.
