Kapil Tarun has been appointed as Engineering Center Manager at Nucor Towers & Structures, where he will lead strategic initiatives across engineering center operations, capability development, process improvement, and business support.
With extensive experience in transmission line infrastructure, engineering, and project management, Kapil brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting large-scale transmission infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Nucor Towers & Structures, Kapil served as General Manager – Transmission Line at Avaada Group. Earlier, he held key leadership positions including Chief Manager – Design & Engineering at Sterlite Power and Senior Manager at Tata Projects. His progressive engineering and management journey across India and Brazil has equipped him with deep expertise in transmission line engineering, design, project execution, and engineering management.
With a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, and international experience, Kapil is well-positioned to strengthen engineering excellence, enhance operational effectiveness, and contribute to Nucor Towers & Structures’ longterm growth objectives.
