Dr Neetu Singh appointed as Regional Head – Hospital Vertical at 7Med India Pvt. Ltd., taking on a strategic leadership role overseeing the business, operations, and growth strategy for four hospitals across Delhi, Varanasi, Mau, and Moradabad.
With extensive experience in healthcare business management, hospital administration, operations, business development, and P&L management, Dr. Neetu brings a strong track record of driving operational excellence and strengthening healthcare delivery across multiple hospital environments.
In her new role, she will oversee hospital business performance across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, with a focus on business growth, operational efficiency, strategic initiatives, performance management, and improving organizational effectiveness across the hospital vertical.
Prior to taking on this regional leadership role, Dr. Neetu held key positions across leading healthcare organizations. She has served as Business Head – Business Development & P&L at Apollo Spectra Hospitals, Facility Director at Motherhood, Unit Head – Administration at Fortis La Femme, AGM – Operations at VPS Healthcare, and DMS at Max Healthcare.
Across these roles, she has developed strong expertise in hospital operations, administration, business development, stakeholder management, and strategic planning, contributing to improved performance and patient-centric healthcare delivery.
