Rajnish Kumar, former Chairman of the State Bank of India (SBI), has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Quant Mutual Fund. The announcement was made by the fund house in its recent monthly release.

With over four decades of experience in Indian and global banking, Kumar is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the financial sector. During his tenure at SBI, he led transformational initiatives that enhanced the bank’s digital infrastructure, expanded its global footprint, and strengthened governance across operations. He retired from the country’s largest lender in October 2020.
