RamPrasad Parameswaran has joined Testtex India Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. as the National Head of Sales and Business Development. In this new role, he will be leading strategic sales initiatives, driving growth opportunities, and building strong client relationships across India.
With an extensive career spanning leadership roles in business development, sales, and marketing, Parameswaran brings a proven track record of delivering profitability and managing large-scale operations. He is widely recognized for his innovative approach to brand positioning, stakeholder management, and creating high-impact business strategies that generate sustainable results.
Prior to joining Testtex, Parameswaran held senior positions at leading global organizations including Tentamus Group, Cloudwired Technologies Limited, Browzwear, Eurofins, and Intertek. His international exposure and experience in driving P&L responsibilities, SaaS solutions, and large account management uniquely position him to add significant value to Testtex’s ambitious growth plans.
In addition to his corporate roles, Parameswaran has served as a Strategic Advisor at Third Bridge Group Limited, where he provided expert insights to help global clients make informed investment and strategic decisions. His leadership style is often described as energetic, motivational, and people-focused, with a strong emphasis on building collaborative and high-performing teams.
