Banerjee brings over two decades of private banking experience across India, the Middle East, and Africa to lead the firm’s independent EAM platform from its Mauritius base.
Kairos Capital Partners has appointed Ranojit Banerjee as Head – Private Clients, External Asset Management (EAM), reinforcing the firm’s position as a specialist in cross-border private wealth advisory from its headquarters in Mauritius, a premier international financial centre for capital structuring across Africa, South Asia, and the Gulf.
In this role, Banerjee will lead and scale the firm’s External Asset Management platform, building long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and family offices, and delivering independent, multi-jurisdictional wealth preservation strategies for sophisticated investors operating across emerging and frontier market corridors.
Banerjee brings more than 20 years of experience in private wealth management, institutional advisory, independent asset structuring, and portfolio management for HNW and UHNW clients across India, the Middle East, and international financial markets. He joins from an independent Senior Private Banker role, where he managed an established portfolio of prominent entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families, delivering tailored offshore wealth solutions through a referral-led practice built on long-term client trust.
Earlier in his career, Banerjee held senior advisory and leadership roles at Reliance Private Wealth, Pinnacle Asset and Investment Management LLC, Banque Pasche S.A., Standard Chartered Bank, and Citi. Across these institutions, he advised HNW and UHNW clients on offshore wealth solutions, structured products, private equity, fixed income investments, and multi-currency portfolio management, while building sales functions, managing relationship teams, and driving business development across international private banking markets.
“We have been deliberate about the senior talent we bring into this platform. Ranojit’s track record in independent advisory and multi-jurisdictional wealth structuring strengthens exactly the capabilities we are scaling.”
Sagar Sadhwani, Head of Strategy and Operations, Kairos Capital Partners
At Kairos Capital Partners, he will apply this cross-border private banking depth to strengthen the firm’s EAM offering, providing independent, conflict-free wealth advisory for sophisticated investors and family offices seeking long-term capital preservation across multiple jurisdictions. His appointment reflects the firm’s strategic commitment to building an institutional-grade, Mauritius-based platform for the next generation of cross-border private wealth management.
