Miles Education is pleased to announce the elevation of Akanksha (AK) Singh to Vice President – Founder’s Office, recognizing her significant contributions to the organization’s growth, innovation, partnerships, and ecosystem development over the past decade.
If there is one theme that defines Akanksha’s professional journey, it is this:
She builds things.
Programs.
Partnerships.
Teams.
Systems.
And occasionally entire business verticals.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning higher education, workforce development, executive education, strategic partnerships, learner success, operations, talent ecosystems, and AI-driven transformation, Akanksha has consistently transformed ambitious ideas into scalable realities.
Her career progression reflects a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. During her decade-long journey with Miles Education, she has played a pivotal role in building and scaling initiatives across university partnerships, placements, learner success, faculty ecosystems, program delivery, technology implementation, and organizational growth.
From designing operating models and creating growth frameworks to launching new initiatives from 0→1, Akanksha has helped build systems that continue to create impact at scale.
In her new role as Vice President – Founder’s Office, she will continue to lead strategic initiatives across AI partnerships, thought leadership, workforce development, industry collaborations, ecosystem building, and organizational transformation.
Her work focuses on bringing together academia, industry, technology, and talent to create future-ready learning and workforce solutions.
Reflecting on her approach to leadership, Akanksha often draws inspiration from Simon Sinek’s philosophy:
“Working hard for something we don’t care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion.”
Those who have worked with her know that she thrives in environments where others see complexity.
A new market.
A blank page.
A bold idea.
An impossible deadline.
As they say in Hindi,
“Jahan log problem dekhte hain, wahaan kuch log possibility dekhte hain.”
(Where most people see problems, some choose to see possibilities.)
Akanksha’s elevation reflects Miles Education’s commitment to fostering innovation, execution excellence, AI-led transformation, and future-ready leadership.
Please join us in congratulating Akanksha on this milestone and wishing her continued success as she helps shape the next chapter of growth, innovation, and impact at Miles Education.
Because if her journey so far has taught us anything, it’s this:
The best projects often start with a simple question: “How hard can it be?”
