Neha Singh has been appointed as HR Cluster Head at Sunteck Realty Ltd, where she will lead the strategic oversight of the company’s Centers of Excellence (COE), Talent Acquisition (TA), and HR Business Partnering (HRBP) functions. Prior to joining Sunteck Realty, Neha spent more than a decade with Kalpataru Limited as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where she played a pivotal role in transforming HR practices and driving employee engagement initiatives. During her tenure, she led training needs analysis programs, facilitated Town Halls and performance management workshops, supported succession planning initiatives, and contributed significantly to employee development and retention strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked with Nilkamal Limited, gaining valuable experience in business support and organizational coordination.
With over a decade of experience spanning HR business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness, Neha brings a strong people-centric leadership approach to her new role.
