Arpit Andrew Noel has been appointed as Senior Manager – Marketing Services at Coromandel International Limited, Hyderabad. In his new role, he will lead end-to-end branding strategy, Go-to-Market (GTM) planning, and digital marketing initiatives, encompassing content development, marketing communications, campaign management, and vendor management.
Arpit joined Coromandel in 2023 and has consistently contributed to the organization’s growth, previously serving as Manager (Jul 2023 – Oct 2025) and Deputy Manager (Sep 2020 – Aug 2023). During this period, he successfully ran over 30 paid social media campaigns, managed 1,000+ farmers’ WhatsApp groups with 1 lakh+ farmers, and established in-house content development capabilities, including farmer testimonials.
He has played a pivotal role in synchronizing BTL and digital activities, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to the development and execution of the corporate website and app. Arpit has also overseen vendor management, including onboarding, negotiation, and performance review of creative, printing, and digital marketing agencies, while maintaining strict budget controls.
Prior to Coromandel, Arpit gained valuable exposure through internships at Namdhari Seeds Private Limited, Bayer, Highfields Tea Factory, and FICCI Research and Analysis Centre, where he developed skills in process mapping, pre-sales promotional activities, farmer behavior analysis, and retail process optimization.
With a proven track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement, Arpit is expected to strengthen Coromandel’s marketing initiatives, enhance brand salience, and drive sustainable growth in the agriculture and allied sectors.
