Arvind Rawat appointed as GM-Business Development at Rashmi Group

Arvind Rawat has been appointed as the GM-Business Development at Rashmi Group, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. He joins the company as the Pre-Sales Zonal Head for Central India, focusing on the business development of Ductile Iron (DI) pipes. In this role, Arvind will strengthen and expand the company’s strategic presence across the region, drive market penetration, and enhance demographic outreach.

Arvind brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and business development across the plumbing and pipe industry. He previously served as Assistant General Manager – Project Sales at Sudhakar Pipes from August 2024 to July 2025, leading sales operations and multi-channel marketing initiatives to achieve organizational targets.

Before that, he was State Head – MP & CG (Plumbing Division) at Infra.Market from December 2022 to August 2024, where he specialized in sales and marketing, business development, project management, strategic management, and supply chain operations, successfully driving regional growth.

From April 2019 to December 2022, Arvind served as Assistant General Manager at Shree TNB Polymers Ltd, managing sales targets, payment collections, and securing brand approvals from multiple government departments, including MP Jal Nigam, MP PHED, and MP Narmada Valley Development Authority, thereby strengthening the company’s presence across Madhya Pradesh and neighboring states.

Arvind began his career as a Project Manager at Polysil Pipes from March 2017 to April 2019, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and operational management. With his proven track record in sales strategy, multi-channel marketing, and stakeholder engagement, Arvind is expected to drive significant growth and innovation at Rashmi Group.
