With over two decades of experience in real estate operations, facility management, and advisory services, Pankaj brings deep expertise in business development, operational governance, and client transition management. Prior to this, he worked as Lead Consultant – Real Estate Management (EMEA) at an undisclosed organization, where he was instrumental in establishing real estate verticals and governance frameworks across regions. His track record includes leading complex transitions and implementing standardized operational processes for large-scale projects.
Earlier in his career, Pankaj spent nearly six years with JLL India, where he held key positions such as Associate Director / City Lead – Mumbai & Pune Commercial, Retail & Emerging Business. His tenure at JLL was marked by strategic contributions in commercial operations, property transitions, and retail management. Before that, he held senior roles at Nirmal Lifestyle Ltd, where he managed estate operations, retail leasing, and township facility management — achieving strong performance in customer experience and profitability metrics.
