Akash Tikhe has joined Kashiv BioSciences LLC as Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, effective September 2025. Based in Ahmedabad, he will be responsible for leading the company’s sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, and driving programs related to carbon neutrality, GHG accounting, and waste management.
Akash brings nearly a decade of experience from his long tenure at Kashiv BioSciences LLC, where he served in multiple EHS leadership roles. As Senior Section Lead and previously as Environment, Health and Safety Manager, he spearheaded initiatives in ISO 14001 compliance, occupational health and safety, wastewater treatment, and hazardous waste management. His leadership was instrumental in strengthening sustainable practices and aligning them with industry standards.
Earlier in his career, Akash worked with Green Environment Services Co-operative Society as a Shift Incharge, where he gained hands-on experience in environmental services, safety protocols, and operational compliance. This early role provided him with a strong foundation in managing large-scale EHS operations.
A certified Lead Auditor in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, Akash is recognized for his expertise in sustainability, legal compliance, and safety management systems. His appointment at Kashiv BioSciences marks a significant step in his career, where he will continue to contribute towards building a safer, greener, and compliant operational environment.
