Gaurav Mishra has taken on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Bluspring Enterprises Limited, effective August 2025. Based in Bengaluru, he will be responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and strengthening its overall IT and cybersecurity framework.
Gaurav brings with him over two decades of rich experience in technology leadership and digital innovation. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Information Technology at Digiplug Technologies Private Limited, where he played a key role in shaping IT strategies, implementing scalable solutions, and delivering business-focused digital transformations. His efforts consistently aligned technology adoption with long-term growth.
Earlier, Gaurav held senior leadership positions such as Executive Vice President – Engineering at HappyLocate, Assistant General Manager – Engineering at BookMyShow, and Head of Technology at Artha Real Estate Corporation Limited. In these roles, he managed large technology teams, executed enterprise-wide IT projects, and successfully implemented innovative solutions across multiple business verticals. He began his career with stints at Times Group, Times of Money Ltd., AIG, and JBB Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., gaining hands-on expertise in software engineering and IT systems.
Recognized as a NEXT100 CIO 2023 and winner of the CIO Accelerator X, Gaurav has also been honored with a Cybersecurity Executive Award for his industry contributions. A certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, he is known for his expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, application architecture, and cybersecurity. His appointment at Bluspring Enterprises marks another significant milestone in his illustrious career as he continues to mentor and lead technology-driven growth.
