Over the course of his career, Dr. Karambir Sharma has worked across Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh, building extensive regional networks and leading business across diverse agricultural markets.
Prior to this role, he served as Associate Divisional Business Manager – North Division at Fertis India Pvt. Ltd. (Nagarjuna Group). During his tenure, he delivered reported business growth of 68.24%, representing monetary growth of approximately ₹10 crore. Earlier, he had also served as Senior Zonal Sales Manager – North India at MaxxGro Agrology Limited, where his responsibilities included the company’s technical and emerging brand business.
His professional journey includes leadership roles at Super Crop Safe Ltd., Cropnosys India Pvt. Ltd., Coromandel Agrico Pvt. Ltd., FMC India Pvt. Ltd., Sumitomo Chemical India Pvt. Ltd., and Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. His experience spans crop protection, specialty products, soluble fertilizers, Mycorrhizae, biofertilizers, biostimulants and other agricultural inputs.
