Utsav Shah has been appointed as Associate General Manager at Adani Realty (Navbharat Mega Developers Pvt. Ltd.), marking a significant milestone in his career spanning nearly two decades in the real estate and construction industry. Notably, the Associate General Manager position at Adani Realty represents a higher leadership responsibility than the Deputy General Manager role, reflecting the organization’s confidence in his expertise and leadership capabilities. In his new role, he will be responsible for driving project execution excellence, operational efficiency, stakeholder management, and the successful delivery of large-scale real estate developments.
Prior to joining Adani Realty, Utsav served as Deputy General Manager at Prestige Group, where he contributed to the execution and management of premium real estate projects. Before that, he spent over seven years with Runwal, progressing through key leadership positions including Project Manager and Assistant General Manager. During this period, he played an instrumental role in project planning, execution, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of residential and commercial developments while maintaining quality and operational standards.
Earlier in his career, Utsav held engineering and project execution roles with leading real estate organizations including Kanakia Group, Lodha Group, and Kalpataru Limited. These assignments provided him with extensive exposure to construction management, site operations, project coordination, quality control, and large-scale development execution. Through hands-on experience across multiple landmark projects, he developed a strong foundation in engineering, project delivery, and construction leadership.
