Nitin Sawale has been appointed as Site Head at Reliance Bio Energy Limited, where he will lead the Chikhalhol Site and drive manufacturing excellence across operations. In his new role, he will oversee end-to-end plant operations, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost optimization, supply chain integration, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the company’s growth objectives.
Prior to joining Reliance Bio Energy Limited, Nitin served as Unit Head at Indo Amines Limited, where he led large-scale chemical manufacturing operations, plant expansions, EHS compliance, engineering projects, and cross-functional teams. Earlier, he held key manufacturing leadership roles at Willowood Industries Limited, UPL Limited, Privi Speciality Chemicals Ltd., and Atul Limited, building extensive expertise in plant management, production planning, process optimization, and operational excellence.
With a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, Nitin has successfully delivered productivity enhancement initiatives, cost optimization programs, inventory and supply chain improvements, S&OP implementation, and business transformation projects. His experience in leading greenfield operations, commissioning, process safety, and operational governance positions him to drive sustainable manufacturing performance.
