Based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Jigar will lead the company’s aggressive expansion plans, focusing on setting up multiple new Toyota dealerships and strengthening Shreeji Toyota’s position in the highly competitive automotive retail landscape. His proven expertise in dealership management and strategic business growth positions him to drive the company’s next phase of transformation and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Shreeji Toyota, Jigar Vyas had an exceptional 15-year tenure with Kiran Motors Limited Gujarat and Jaipur – Rajasthan, one of the largest Maruti Suzuki dealerships in India, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. During his leadership, he managed over 1000 employees and oversaw the administration of multiple dealership locations across Ahmedabad, Surat, Baroda, and Himmatnagar. Jigar was instrumental in implementing Maruti’s premium NEXA venture, streamlining operations across sales, finance, insurance renewals, and after-sales services. His strategic foresight and people-centric leadership helped Kiran Motors maintain market dominance and achieve consistent business growth.
Before joining the automotive sector, Jigar gained valuable experience in financial services during his five-year stint with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Rising through multiple roles, he served as Regional Sales Manager – Gujarat (Unsecured Business), managing retail assets, branch relationships, and cross-selling initiatives across the region. His earlier roles as Branch Manager and Relationship Manager at Kotak allowed him to hone his expertise in customer relationship management, business development, and team leadership.
Earlier in his career, Jigar worked with ING Vysya Life Insurance Co. Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant Sales Manager, where he led advisor recruitment and sales performance across the Ahmedabad region. He began his professional journey with Standard Chartered Bank as an Officer – Liability Business, where he managed sales teams and promotional campaigns for retail banking products. These early experiences equipped him with a strong foundation in financial management, customer acquisition, and sales operations—skills that later contributed to his success in the automotive industry.
