Saransh Mittal, FIII has taken on a new leadership role as Vice President – Direct Sales (Corporate Business) at BimaKavach, a fast-growing digital insurance platform revolutionizing business insurance solutions in India. Based in Gurugram, Haryana, Saransh will be leading the Web Sales and Direct Sales channels, driving strategic growth and strengthening BimaKavach’s presence in the corporate insurance landscape.
Saransh brings over 15 years of rich and diverse experience in corporate insurance, digital platforms, and strategic sales leadership. Prior to joining BimaKavach, he served as Head – Direct Business (Corporate Solutions Group) at InsuranceDekho, where he successfully led the growth of the corporate insurance vertical through innovative product launches and client-centric solutions. His contributions included the development of specialized corporate insurance offerings such as Surety Bonds, Employee Benefit programs, and Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, helping the company achieve substantial revenue expansion and key client acquisitions.
Before his impactful tenure at InsuranceDekho, Saransh held multiple strategic and entrepreneurial roles, including as Co-Founder of Pristine Perfumes, where he built an international brand for Indian attars and natural oils. He also served as General Manager at DHI International Medical Group, part of the Apollo International Group, leading global business expansion and overseeing training programs for international franchises.
Earlier in his career, Saransh worked as a Business Analyst with GirnarSoft, where he contributed to the establishment of the company’s insurance vertical and agency business, and with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he managed large-scale insurance projects across the APAC region.
A Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII) and an alumnus of the University of London, Saransh combines deep technical knowledge with business acumen, making him a respected voice in the insurance and risk management community.
His elevation to this leadership role at BimaKavach highlights his commitment to transforming the insurance landscape through innovation, strategic foresight, and customer-focused solutions.
