A seasoned HR leader and transformation strategist, Karthik is celebrated for his ability to harmonize people, culture, and business excellence. In his new capacity, he will serve as a strategic HR partner, driving culture transformation, leadership development, and organizational agility at Simbus.
Before joining Simbus Technologies, Karthik served as Chief Human Resources Officer at EXtream.AI, where he played a pivotal role in shaping global people strategy, building high-performance teams, and fostering an inclusive, future-ready work culture. His leadership in driving HR innovation and compliance frameworks positioned the company for scalable growth across geographies.
Karthik’s professional journey also includes a tenure as Associate Director – Human Resources at Cloud Destinations, a Silicon Valley-based digital transformation and data engineering company. There, he led end-to-end HR operations and people engagement strategies for a globally distributed workforce. His earlier experience with Uniphore, a global leader in conversational automation, further strengthened his expertise in global HR operations and talent strategy for AI-driven organizations.
Prior to his foray into emerging tech environments, Karthik spent nearly a decade at Trimble Inc., where he served as Manager – Human Resources (People Experience), leading HR initiatives that connected people strategy with business transformation. He has also held HR leadership roles across multiple organizations, consistently recognized for his ability to align people potential with organizational vision.
