Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Satender brings a decade of rich experience in human resources management within the financial services and microfinance sectors, with a proven record of driving people-centric strategies and operational excellence.
Before joining AU Small Finance Bank, Satender served at CreditAccess Grameen Limited for over seven years, where he rose through the ranks from Senior Officer – HR to Assistant Manager – HR. During his tenure, he played a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance functions across multiple regions, contributing significantly to the company’s workforce development and retention strategies.
Earlier in his career, Satender held key HR roles at SV Creditline Pvt. Ltd., Satin Creditcare Network Limited, and Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd., where he gained deep expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, induction, training and development, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. His diverse experience across leading financial institutions has shaped his strong understanding of HR processes tailored to the microfinance and banking sectors.
