Mr. C Hari Prasad has been appointed as Associate Vice President – Finance at Healthium Medtech Limited. With over 19 years of diverse experience in controllership, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, Hari brings extensive expertise in driving financial efficiency, transparency, and governance. His leadership reflects a strong focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, and value creation across complex business environments.
Before joining Healthium Medtech, Hari was associated with HMD Global as Business Controller, Head – Compliance & Procurement, where he spent over eight years leading finance transformation, cost optimization, and procurement strategy. He played a crucial role in strengthening compliance frameworks and driving business performance through strategic financial management.
Previously, Hari held senior leadership positions at 3M India as Assistant General Manager, where he led initiatives in financial accounting, strategic planning, and operational finance. His earlier experience also includes impactful roles at AstraZeneca India Pvt. Ltd., Aditya Birla Retail Limited, and DHL, where he was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and corporate financial planning across multiple business units.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Hari’s extensive financial acumen and leadership experience will play a pivotal role in strengthening Healthium Medtech’s financial strategy and supporting its growth trajectory. His appointment reinforces the company’s commitment to sound financial governance, operational excellence, and strategic business expansion in the healthcare sector.
