Based in Mumbai, Akshay will continue to play a strategic role within the firm’s Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice, focusing on commercial due diligence, organization, and corporate strategy.
With over eight years of experience spanning strategy consulting, deal advisory, and corporate finance, Akshay brings a strong analytical and problem-solving acumen to his new role. His journey at EY-Parthenon has been defined by impactful client engagements, helping leading organizations across industries design growth strategies, assess market opportunities, and navigate complex transactions.
Before joining EY-Parthenon, Akshay was a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he worked with clients in the consumer goods sector, contributing to large-scale transformation and growth initiatives. His previous experience also includes roles at Deloitte India in Strategy and Deal Advisory, and Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd., where he gained a strong foundation in financial analysis, corporate strategy, and due diligence.
Beyond his consulting career, Akshay is an influential educator and mentor, having co-founded the Mentorship Series and conducted over 50 one-on-one sessions and lectures across top institutions like XIMB, NMIMS, and IIFT. His initiatives aim to guide aspiring professionals on cracking consulting interviews, building standout CVs, and leveraging LinkedIn effectively.
