Richa Ahuja Sharma has been appointed Head – HR & Administration at IRM Group, the non-pharma business arm of Cadila Pharmaceuticals, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. With over 17 years of progressive HR leadership experience, she brings a strong track record of aligning people strategy with business ambition while balancing culture, empathy, and performance.
An alumna of IIM Calcutta’s Executive Program in Leadership Management, Richa is known for architecting scalable workforce frameworks and driving transformation across diverse industries. Prior to joining IRM Group, she served as Vice President – HR & Administration at Junomoneta Finsol Private Limited and held leadership roles at Sintex, Piramal Pharma, Havmor Ice Creams, Arvind Limited, and Cadila Pharmaceuticals, contributing significantly to HR operations excellence and organization-wide capability building.
In her new role, Richa will focus on building a resilient, agile, and high-performance workforce, strengthening leadership capability, and embedding inclusive, future-ready people practices. She will champion collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning while ensuring HR strategy remains closely aligned with dynamic business priorities. IRM Group operates across multiple verticals including agriculture solutions, animal healthcare, pharma machinery engineering, facilities management, and aviation support. Richa will play a pivotal role in enabling the group’s next phase of growth by strengthening talent foundations and ensuring integrated human capability becomes a key driver of sustainable business success.
