Ram Singoriya has been appointed State Head – Madhya Pradesh (Additional General Manager – Sales) at Shree Cement Ltd., based in Indore. With over 15 years of experience in the building materials and cement industry, his elevation reflects a consistent record of revenue growth, market expansion, and high-performance team leadership across Maharashtra and Gujarat markets.
In his new role, Ram will lead state-level sales strategy, focusing on revenue targets, profitability, and market share expansion. His mandate includes strengthening distribution networks, managing key accounts and stakeholders, and mentoring a 30-member sales organization to deliver consistent performance. He will also oversee forecasting, P&L accountability, CRM optimization, and competitive market analysis to sharpen the company’s presence across Madhya Pradesh.
Prior to joining Shree Cement, Ram served as Deputy General Manager at Adani Cement, where he led sales across South and Central Gujarat and union territories, achieving significant gains in revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Earlier, he spent over a decade at Ambuja Cements Limited, consistently delivering top-ranked branch performances and record sales growth through strong channel development and team capability building.
Known for combining ground-level market insight with strategic execution, Ram has built extensive distributor networks and long-term client relationships throughout his career. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Shree Cement’s regional footprint while driving sustainable growth through disciplined sales execution and team development.
