Throughout his career, Rajesh has successfully managed large-scale HR initiatives, including greenfield project setups, long-term settlements with external unions, and the implementation of robust HR systems and processes. His strong background in industrial relations, statutory compliance, compensation management, and employee welfare has enabled him to drive sustainable HR practices that align business needs with people-centric growth.
Before joining VisionTech Group, Rajesh held leadership positions at reputed organizations such as AQ Inductive Components India Pvt Ltd, Gestamp, Varroc, and Emerson Automation Solutions. His track record includes leading multiple long-term settlements, spearheading learning and development programs, implementing HR digitalization initiatives, and being recognized with awards for his contributions to HR transformation.
Academically, Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Master’s in Personnel Management (MPM). He is also a Certified SAP HCM Consultant and a Certified Welfare Officer, showcasing his strong commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. His diverse skills in strategic HR, conflict management, emotional intelligence, and organizational development have positioned him as a trusted HR leader in the industry.
