Prior to joining Aditi Consulting in June 2025, Pankaj played a pivotal role at Credera, where he served as Lead – Human Resources (Compensation & Management and Operations – India). His tenure at Credera was marked by impactful contributions to total rewards strategy, HR operations excellence, performance management, and data-driven HR analytics using platforms like Microsoft Power BI. His strategic interventions helped align people practices with business outcomes across distributed teams in Gurugram and beyond.
Pankaj’s career journey is underscored by consistent growth and innovation across prominent companies such as TA Digital, Merkur Gaming, Newgen Software, and CRMNEXT. In these roles, he demonstrated a strong command over end-to-end HR operations, organizational transformation, audit readiness, and driving employee engagement programs that led to tangible improvements in workplace satisfaction and employer branding. Notably, under his leadership, TA Digital achieved Great Place to Work® certification, improved employee sentiment scores, and revamped its total rewards and referral programs.
