Arunav G. Joins RentoMojo as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where he will lead HR strategy and program management for the company’s Warehouse and Retail verticals. Based in Bengaluru, Arunav will focus on driving people-centric growth, building strong organisational culture, and implementing innovative talent strategies that align with RentoMojo’s fast-evolving business landscape.
In his new role, Arunav is responsible for shaping HR frameworks that foster associate engagement, performance excellence, and leadership development across distributed teams. His expertise in capability building, compensation design, and culture transformation will play a crucial role in enhancing workforce experience and enabling scalable growth. A strong believer in design thinking and people-first principles, he aims to unlock human potential and create an ecosystem where people and business thrive together.
Prior to joining RentoMojo, Arunav spent over 11 years with Flipkart, where he played an instrumental role in building HR structures and strategies for large-scale logistics and retail operations. As Cluster HR Head, he led end-to-end HR strategy across multiple business units, managing a workforce of over 13,000 employees. His contributions included driving leadership development, performance management, diversity initiatives, and process innovation across multiple zones. Earlier, as Talent Acquisition Head, he led recruitment transformation initiatives—streamlining hiring operations, introducing technology-driven systems, and enhancing workforce planning models to support rapid business expansion.
Before his tenure at Flipkart, Arunav worked with 2CPL and TCPL, where he established robust recruitment systems and led large-scale talent acquisition projects across industries. His early experience in client engagement, leadership hiring, and HR operations laid a strong foundation for his people management philosophy, centred on empathy, agility, and measurable impact.
With his appointment as Assistant Vice President – HR at RentoMojo, Arunav brings a wealth of experience in building high-performance teams and creating future-ready talent ecosystems. His leadership is expected to further strengthen RentoMojo’s commitment to operational excellence through a people-centric approach, ensuring alignment between organisational goals and employee aspirations.
