Paryush Jain has joined Deutsche Bank as Assistant Vice President, where he will be contributing to large-scale financial technology initiatives, enterprise system modernization, and platform engineering. In this role, he is focused on shaping scalable technology solutions that support operational efficiency and enhance strategic delivery across the bank’s global technology footprint.
Before this, Paryush served as Senior Consultant at Thoughtworks, where he led solution design, microservices architecture implementation, and technical delivery across complex distributed systems. His work involved collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, driving modern development practices, and contributing to large-scale digital transformation programs.
He previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate, where he contributed to backend systems, secure data-driven applications, and engineering best practices supporting core business operations. Prior to that, Paryush spent over three years with Deloitte, starting as a Business Technology Analyst and progressing to Consultant. During his tenure, he worked on cloud-based microservices, API integrations, secure platform development, and performance optimization across enterprise applications.
Earlier in his career, Paryush gained experience through hands-on development roles at Codewizards Tech and InfoCepts, where he contributed to full-stack product builds, business intelligence dashboards, and data engineering projects. With a background grounded in engineering and solution delivery, Paryush continues to drive technology-led improvements across business ecosystems.
