Tushar Joshi has joined Nextnode Solutions Private Limited as Chief Business Officer (CBO), where he will lead multiple strategic business initiatives across the organization. In this role, he will drive growth and business strategy for key verticals spanning B2B, B2G, and G2G, strengthening Nextnode’s capabilities in government ICT projects, data centers, SCADA and utility automation, e-governance for smart cities, telecom infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems, adaptive traffic management, mission-critical AI, and digital transformation solutions.
A seasoned technology and business leader with around 30 years of industry experience, Tushar has built a strong reputation in managing large-scale system integration programs and developing technology-led solutions for the government and public sector. His career has been closely aligned with the evolution of India’s ICT ecosystem, particularly in areas such as smart city initiatives, digital infrastructure, and large national transformation projects.
Before joining Nextnode Solutions, Tushar served as Vice President – EPC Power & Energy and EPC Telecom at Polycab India Limited, where he led growth strategy, business development, and operations for major digital infrastructure and energy projects across multiple states. Earlier, he held senior leadership roles at organizations including Sterlite Technologies Limited, Idea Cellular, Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance Communications, contributing to major telecom, smart city, and government digital infrastructure programs.
An Electronics & Communication Engineer with a PGDBM in Marketing and executive education in ITS from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Tushar brings a powerful blend of technical depth and business leadership. At Nextnode Solutions, he will play a key role in accelerating growth, strengthening partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint in advanced digital infrastructure and government technology solutions.
