Nitin Patil has joined Encraft India Pvt. Ltd as AGM – Sales & Marketing, marking an important milestone in his leadership journey within the fenestration and building materials industry. In his new role, he will spearhead strategic sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen channel partnerships, and drive market expansion across key regions, supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives.
With over 12+ years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion, Nitin brings strong expertise in project sales, dealer development, channel management, and strategic business growth. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for driving market penetration and strengthening business relationships across the building materials ecosystem.
Prior to joining Encraft India Pvt. Ltd., he served at Prominance Window Systems as Zonal Sales Manager – West Zone, where he played a key role in expanding regional business operations and strengthening the company’s market presence across Western India. His leadership capabilities and customer-centric approach contributed significantly to business development and channel expansion initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Nitin held important positions at NCL Buildtek Limited, Aparna Enterprises Limited, and Ashtech India Pvt Ltd. During these tenures, he gained extensive experience in managing sales operations, developing dealer networks, identifying new market opportunities, and driving business growth across Maharashtra, Goa, Pune, and Mumbai markets. He also worked closely with builders, architects, contractors, and channel partners to establish and expand uPVC windows and doors businesses.
With his deep industry knowledge, strategic sales expertise, and strong understanding of market dynamics, Nitin is well-positioned to contribute significantly to Encraft India Pvt.
