Sanjiv Kumar has been appointed Vice President – North at IRM Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd., based in New Delhi. In this leadership role, he will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead corporate insurance and risk advisory initiatives across the northern region, reinforcing the company’s presence in a highly competitive market.
With over 19 years of experience across insurance, banking, and financial services, Sanjiv brings a strong track record in sales leadership, distribution expansion, and strategic account management. His expertise spans corporate insurance solutions, revenue growth, and building high-performing teams aligned with business objectives.
Prior to joining IRM Insurance Brokers, Sanjiv spent more than eight years at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, where he progressed through key leadership roles including Zonal Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Area Sales Manager. During his tenure, he consistently delivered strong business outcomes, expanded market reach, and strengthened partner networks across regions.
Earlier in his career, Sanjiv held roles at American Express, HDFC Bank, Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd., and Indiabulls Ventures Limited, building a solid foundation in sales, relationship management, and financial advisory. With his diverse experience and leadership acumen, Sanjiv is well-positioned to accelerate IRM’s growth and deliver impactful client-centric solutions in the region.
