Natasha Paranjape has joined KPOINT as Director – People, based in Pune, Maharashtra. In her new role, she will lead people strategy, culture transformation, and talent initiatives to strengthen KPOINT’s workforce and business alignment.
Alongside this, Natasha continues to drive her entrepreneurial ventures — as Co-Founder of Earth Calling, an eco-friendly gifting startup that curates sustainable and conscious products, and as Founder of Kwwiks.com, a lifestyle e-commerce brand offering curated essentials for modern living.
Before joining KPOINT, Natasha was Senior Manager, Business Partner – HR at Phreesia, where she led strategic talent initiatives, competency mapping, and change management programs that enhanced productivity and workforce readiness.
Her earlier experience includes impactful HR leadership roles at Dassault Systèmes Solutions Lab, M&R Consultants Corporation, The Information Company Pvt. Ltd., and 3dPLM Software Solutions, where she was instrumental in driving workforce transformation, talent optimization, and leadership development initiatives across global teams.
With over 15 years of rich experience in human resources, business consulting, and entrepreneurship, Natasha brings a unique blend of people leadership and business acumen to her new role at KPOINT.
