At Sattva, Ashish is spearheading a vision to develop exceptional senior living environments that blend functionality with emotional well-being. Before joining Sattva, Ashish served as Vice President – Operations at Holistic Senior Care, where he led large-scale residential projects, including a premium 280-unit senior living community in Coimbatore. Under his guidance, the project successfully merged luxury with tranquility, offering residents a serene lifestyle surrounded by nature. His expertise in operational planning, customer experience, and business development played a crucial role in scaling Holistic Senior Care’s footprint and enhancing the brand’s reputation for excellence.
Previously, Ashish was associated with Antara Senior Care for over six years, where he rose to the position of General Manager. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to developing and operating senior living projects in Dehradun and other cities, focusing on premium service standards and operational efficiency. His earlier career in hospitality included leadership positions at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, and The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL). These roles equipped him with deep expertise in performance management, people leadership, and customer experience — qualities that continue to shape his leadership style.
