Before his current role, Ashok served as Senior Manager at ACN Healthcare from August 2024 to September 2025, where he focused on business operations and quality assurance. His leadership in streamlining operations and ensuring process adherence helped enhance the company’s performance and operational outcomes.
Earlier, he worked with Centaur Billing as a Senior Manager (April 2022 – April 2024), and Access Healthcare Services as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager (August 2020 – February 2022), handling quality assurance initiatives and operational processes to ensure compliance and service excellence.
Ashok’s career also includes roles at Teleperformance as Team Manager and Quintessence Business Solutions & Services as Assistant Manager, where he gained valuable experience in managing operations, monitoring performance, and implementing quality frameworks.
