Before this, he was associated with DLF Limited as Client Relations professional at The Camellias, where he focused on premium customer engagement, resident experience, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for luxury real estate clients.
Earlier in his career, Tushar spent several years in the aviation industry, working with Air India Limited and Swiss International Air Lines as a Flight Attendant.
