Tejas Mankodi has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer at Intrepid Real Estate Consultancy Services Private Limited, where he will lead the company’s overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. Based in Mumbai, he will focus on driving real estate advisory excellence, strengthening client relationships, and scaling Intrepid’s presence in India’s competitive property market.
Tejas brings rich experience in real estate sales and consulting, with leadership stints across prominent organizations. Prior to this role, he served as Assistant General Manager at Shree Naman Group, where he headed sales for multiple projects across Mumbai and contributed significantly to the company’s revenue growth.
Earlier, Tejas held senior positions including Associate Director at CBRE and Assistant Vice President at ANAROCK, specializing in luxury residential projects and strategic sales. His previous tenure as CEO at Intrepid Real Estate Consultancy Services (2021–2023) adds continuity and strategic clarity to his return, positioning him to accelerate the firm’s vision.
With over a decade of experience in Mumbai’s real estate market, Tejas is expected to strengthen Intrepid’s advisory capabilities, expand market share, and deliver data-driven solutions to developers and investors.
