Kishor Kenche has joined Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd. as the Chief Human Resource Officer, effective September 2025. In his new role, he will be driving HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development to support the company’s growth and business transformation.
Kishor brings over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience. Prior to this, he served as Country HR Head at Brembo Brake India Pvt. Ltd. for more than 8 years, where he successfully led strategic HR initiatives and organizational alignment with business objectives.
Previously, he held key leadership positions including Head – Human Resources (Mumbai Cluster) at Crompton Greaves (CG Power and Industrial Solutions Ltd.), Head of HR at Mubea India, Manager – HR at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., HR Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, and Assistant Manager – HR & Personnel at Ador Welding Ltd.where he began his career.
With expertise in succession planning, organizational development, employee relations, and business strategy, Kishor has consistently contributed to building strong HR frameworks and people-centric cultures across industries. His appointment at Gold Plus Glass Industry Ltd. marks an important step in strengthening the company’s human capital strategy.
