Sethuraman Balaji has been appointed as Deputy General Manager – Compliance at Quess Corp Limited, effective September 2025. In his new role, he will be leading compliance management and governance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and strengthening corporate compliance practices.
With more than three decades of experience across compliance, labour laws, industrial relations, and administration, Sethuraman brings deep expertise to his new position. Most recently, he served as Zonal Head (Southern India) at Aparajitha Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., where he spent over 14 years managing large-scale compliance operations across multiple regions.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Aarna Clothing Pvt. Ltd. as Manager – Admin & IR and served the Indian Air Force for two decades as an SNCO, gaining extensive experience in armament administration, inventory management, and explosive ordnance disposal. His long tenure in the Air Force helped him build strong foundations in leadership, discipline, and operational excellence.
Sethuraman’s transition to Quess Corp Limited marks a significant step in his professional journey. With his proven track record in compliance management and labour law expertise, he is expected to play a key role in driving regulatory excellence and strengthening the organization’s governance framework.
