Sujith Sebastian has taken on a new leadership role as Group Chief Sales Officer at Mana Projects Pvt Ltd, effective September 2025. Based in Bengaluru, Sujith will be responsible for driving sales excellence, strengthening customer engagement, and leading strategic growth initiatives in the competitive real estate sector.
Before this, Sujith had a remarkable 12-year journey with Prestige Group, where he steadily rose through leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Residential Sales, where he played a pivotal role in shaping sales strategies, executing large-scale campaigns, and building strong customer trust for one of India’s most renowned real estate brands. His leadership was instrumental in scaling residential sales operations and driving Prestige’s growth momentum across key markets.
Earlier in his career, Sujith honed his expertise with leading organizations including Club Mahindra, Indiabulls, and Hempel A/S. With over two decades of rich experience spanning real estate, hospitality, and financial services, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to build high-performing teams, strengthen market presence, and deliver business growth.
At Mana Projects, Sujith’s appointment marks a significant step as the company continues to expand its footprint in Bengaluru’s real estate market. Leveraging his strategic acumen and proven track record, he is expected to play a key role in driving innovation, enhancing customer experience, and positioning Mana Projects as a trusted brand for homebuyers and investors.
