Santhya LN has stepped into a new role as Vice President – Human Resources at Hotfoot Technology Solutions. Based in Chennai, she will be spearheading HR transformation, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen the company’s people-first culture.
Santhya brings with her over 15 years of diverse experience across human resources functions. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager – Global Human Resource Business Partner at Photon, where she led global initiatives spanning performance management, rewards, and talent engagement. Her work enabled stronger compliance, improved employee satisfaction, and alignment with international HR strategies.
Prior to that, she contributed her expertise to organizations including The Ramco Cements Limited, Rage Communications, NIIT Limited, Shriram Group Of Companies, pharmexx Brasil, and Randstad India. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven organizational development, succession planning, employee rewards programs, and leadership hiring.
Her academic foundation at XLRI and Great Learning further complements her professional journey. At Hotfoot Technology Solutions, Santhya’s appointment is expected to accelerate HR innovation, build resilient teams, and create a sustainable talent strategy that aligns with the company’s growth vision.
