Before joining Shivtek Spechemi Industries Ltd, Gurpreet served as Chief Financial Officer at Asia Shipping International Transport Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for finance, accounts, legal, secretarial functions, audits, and corporate taxation. He also ensured statutory and regulatory compliance while managing fund flows and group reporting.
Gurpreet’s career includes a significant tenure as CFO at AVG Logistics Limited, where he led NSE/SEBI listing compliance, implemented ERP solutions, and managed board and shareholder meetings. His earlier experience as Finance Head at Tricolite Electrical Industries and CFO at Imperial Holding Group further honed his expertise in corporate reporting, internal controls, cash flow management, and global finance operations.
