Mudita Paikrao has stepped into the role of Team Lead – Talent Acquisition at Servosys Solutions. Mudita’s association with Servosys Solutions spans over four years, during which she has grown through progressive responsibilities in human resources. She first joined the organisation in April 2021 as HR Executive – Talent Acquisition, later advancing to Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition in July 2024, before taking on her current leadership position. An MBA in Human Resources from ASM Group of Institutes, coupled with a B.Tech in Information Technology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University, has equipped Mudita with both technical and managerial expertise. She has successfully managed recruitment campaigns, coordinated campus hiring, designed onboarding frameworks, and executed employee engagement initiatives. Her skill set spans talent management, training and development, employee relations, and performance-driven HR strategies.
