Pruthvi Reddy B S has been elevated to Senior Manager – Transaction Advisory Services at Vestian Commercial Real Estate Solutions. In his new capacity, he will lead strategic initiatives in occupier strategies, office leasing and sales, lease administration, restructuring, and portfolio management. His focus will be on delivering transparent, unconflicted, and customised real estate solutions that help businesses optimise their property portfolios and achieve long-term growth.
Pruthvi has been associated with Vestian for over two and a half years, demonstrating consistent performance and leadership across multiple markets. He initially joined the company in January 2023 as Manager – Transaction Advisory Services in Hyderabad, before transitioning to the Bengaluru office in May 2024. His work has involved high-value negotiations, commercial real estate analysis, and advisory services for diverse corporate clients.
An MBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure from the RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, coupled with a Civil Engineering degree from RGM Group of Institutions, has given Pruthvi a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. His career includes key roles at Ace Urban Infocity Limited (formerly L&T Infocity), DLF Limited, Mana Projects, and S3 Infra Pvt. Ltd., where he gained hands-on experience in leasing, client relationship management, sales, marketing, and project execution.
